Sir Andrew Lloyd Webber has responded to the negative reviews on his latest musical, Love Never Dies, the sequel to The Phantom of Opera!!

Webber said:

“I’ve been in this business for over 40 years – 43 to be precise – I’ve never had a show which has been successful that hasn’t had quite negative reviews. I’m not really sure how much reviews matter. Maybe they do for a small production, where it depends on getting people there. But there have been shows with rave reviews which nobody watches and come off after six months. You know when an audience is beginning to really respond. The last six shows we’ve had, we’ve had total standing ovations. That might not mean anything and if we get terrible reviews, everyone may go dead on the piece. But we’ve got such good performers out there, I couldn’t ask for anyone better.”

Well spoken!! That man has a lot of class!!

We figure since the music is good – it’s basically been the only aspect of the show praised – then Love Never Dies will do just fine!!

Surprise, surprise – Kourtney Kardashian pops out a beh-beh and her boyfriend Scott Disick is still acting like a major douche!

The two have relocated to Miami for the filming of season two of Kourtney And Khloe Take Miami, and Scott is still acting like a unattached dude says In Style Weekly!

“In public, he tries to act like the perfect boyfriend because he’s paranoid about what people think of him,””says a friend close to the couple.

“But at night, he is the same guy he’s always been. He still parties. He still flirts. He still hangs out with his guy friends. Nothing has changed for him.”

The former host of Price Is Right, Bob Barker has donated $2.5 million to the People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals.

All the $$$$$ went to the Bob Barker Building, which will open its doors on Wednesday on the corner of Sunset and Alvarado in El Lay. It will serve as home to the group’s media, marketing, youth outreach and campaign departments.

Barker preached about the importance of spaying and neutering pets for 25 years on TV, but since his retirement, he’s hit the road promoting freedom for whales and working to end the fur trade along with other important causes.

PETA President Ingrid E. Newkirk said that Bob could have just given the organization a refrigerator, but was thrilled that he donated enough for an entire building to be restored.

So generous!

Demi Moore gave her daughter Rumer Willis a pole-dancing lesson during a party at the Chateau Marmont in Hollywood.

Demi, who famously starred in Striptease, was spotted spinning around the pole upside before letting Rumer have a try. Onlookers Ashton Kutcher, Jennifer Aniston and Leonardo DiCaprio cheered Rumer on and Leo was spotted high-fiving Ashton.

A man was trying to enjoy a movie at the Cinemark 22 in Lancaster on Saturday when some noisy bitch near him chatted away on her cell phone!

The man asked the woman to get off of her phone, but then her boyfriend and another man attacked him and stabbed him in the neck with a meat thermometer!!!!!!!!!

OMG.

Two people tried to help the man, but they were injured as well!

That is seriously some fucked up shiz right there!!!!

The victim is expected to recover from his thermometer stabbing and the LAPD has no clue why the attacker had a meat thermometer in the theater anyway.

Jeeeeeesus.

It has been reported that Jay-Z, who just loves to invest in stuff usually, is pulling out of a new racetrack casino endeavor in New York after learning state officials wanted all backers to hand over detailed records of their finances.

And Jay won’t do it!

The order from the state would not only require a comprehensive overlook of his own personal finances, but those of his superstar wifey, Beyonce. It would be a lot of private details about their $$$ in the hands of a lot of people in New York.

So while it would be super JUICY if there was something the dynamic duo were trying to hide, its fair to say that more likely Mr. and Mrs. Jay-Z are just trying to keep their business THEIR business.

Or they have something JUICY to hide!

For once, drama involving someone on The Real Housewives of Atlanta is NOT being scripted.

Bryson Bryant, the oldest son of NeNe Leakes, was arrested on a misdemeanor marijuana possession charge on March 7.

Bryant is well known to any long-time Bravo viewer. During the first season of the show, Leakes looked at colleges with him.

“Like any parent, I am disappointed with the actions and arrest of my son, Bryson,” NeNe said in the statement. “Certainly, my husband and I will deal with this family issue in a private manner. My son is not the first young adult to experiment with marijuana, and he certainly won’t be the last.

“Still, as parents, this is a chance for us to have an open dialogue with him about the dangers of any substance abuse. I realize as a parent that my job is never done. And as I’ve tweeted, tough love was in order. Still, I ask that you respect our privacy during this trying time.”

We’ll be glad to, but will NeNe do the same? The Real Housewives of Atlanta was picked up for a third season today, after all.
